HospitalOS covers the whole hospital in one system, with role-based access across 31 permission groups. Each feature has its own view, add, edit and delete control, and there is a Super Admin role above them. An audit and user log records who did what and when.

Appointments are booked by doctor, shift and slot. Front-desk and online bookings land in one calendar, with priorities, online-appointment support and automatic release of unattended slots.

One patient record holds custom fields, a timeline of every visit and generated ID cards. The front office keeps the visitor book, phone-call log, postal dispatch and receipt, complaints and general enquiries.

Out-patient records hold vitals, symptoms, findings, ICD-10 diagnosis, prescriptions, lab and radiology orders and consultation charges, with a running timeline per patient. In-patient care covers bed groups and types, live bed status, admissions, ward maps, discharge and hospital-wide occupancy.

Operation theatre scheduling and records, antenatal care, Zoom-based live consultation, an ambulance and vehicle register with call records, and birth and death registers with document upload sit alongside.

Pathology has a test catalogue by category, sample collection, result entry and reports. Radiology has an imaging catalogue, requests, worklists and reports.

Pharmacy holds medicine categories, dosage and units, batch stock, purchases and dispensing against prescriptions, with low-stock flags. The blood bank tracks donors and donation cycles, stock by blood group, and issue records tied to the receiving patient.

One bill covers the whole visit: consultation, lab, radiology, pharmacy, bed and procedure charges collected together, with receipts and payment records. Hospital charges have types, categories, tax categories and unit types, with per-service pricing.

TPA and insurance management links claims to billing. Referral persons, categories, commission rules and payouts are tracked, and income and expense heads keep ledgers and a live position.

Patients sign in to see their own visits, prescriptions and bills, book appointments, pay online, chat with the hospital and receive notifications. Online payment is supported through 24 gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, Cashfree, Stripe, PayPal and Instamojo.

The public hospital website is managed from the same admin panel: pages, banners, menus, news, events, a gallery, a media library, online booking and contact forms. It ships with two public themes, Atrium and Organic, each with four palettes.

Human resources cover staff records, departments, designations, attendance with biometric integration, leave, payroll and a holiday calendar, with a duty roster for shifts. Inventory tracks item categories, stores, suppliers, stock, issue and receive.

Certificates and ID cards are generated from templates. Internal chat, an annual calendar and a to-do list are built in, along with bulk SMS, email and WhatsApp through a queued sender. A reporting centre spans OPD, IPD, pharmacy, pathology, radiology, blood bank, finance and HR.

SMS through SMS Country, Textlocal and custom gateways, WhatsApp, and email. Zoom powers live consultation, a biometric attendance endpoint feeds HR, and scheduled jobs run the message queue, appointment release and automatic backup. The interface ships in 78 languages.
